Today is day #8 in our
12 Days of (Christmas) Exercises! We do these often in
Stroller Strides class so if you're a regular you'll recognize these as
Butt Busters! That's right... this combination move will tone and strengthen your lower body, especially those
glutes.
Try a set of 8-10 Butt Busters on each leg and more if you're up for a bigger better burn! Add in the hop if you're up for a bigger challenge too.
Please do not attempt this if you have not yet been cleared by your physician to exercise.
